2. Can I make a one-time annual payment?

You can pay on a monthly or annual billing cycle. If you select an annual payment plan, we will place a one-time, annual charge to the card on file for the total amount of 12 monthly payments.


3. Can I cancel my subscription?

We operate on 30-day billing cycles, so you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling your account, you are responsible for any charges that incurred prior to your cancellation.


4. Can I export my data from iFollow?

You can both import and export your data in CSV format.
